The workforce planner will support the staffing of a number or practice areas within the Western Europe, South America and Africa region. They will work closely with the regional Practice Areas and the global and regional staffing network to ensure fluid deployment of expertise, developing focus clients and managing the business pipeline and the availability of project managers.


* Closely follow up staffing of practice area clients and help deliver on their obligations
* Collect and share overview on available resources from local staffers
* Prepare and facilitate calls with necessary parties and see that actions are followed up as agreed
* Maintain list of practice area resources in WESA and maintain data base and distribution lists
* Keep track of the people pipeline
* Reporting and following up with offices/practice areas


* A master's or advanced degree and relevant professional experience
* Previous experience in workforce planning within a global matrix structured organisation or experience as an internal recruiter within a consultancy environment
