Are you experienced as a Workforce Planner and looking for a new opportunity?

Reporting into and working closely with the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic forecasting of workforce utilisation and new resourcing requirements as well as coordinating directly with line managers to talk about the appropriate levels of resourcing and staffing for their business units.

This is a project led organisation so experience of managing multiple projects is important and might include:

The coordination of recruitment, procurement and the engagement of contractors.

Developing the strategic and operational workforce plans for both short-term and long-term staffing requirements.

Undertaking regular reviews of the workforce plan to ensure that resourcing forecasting aligns with operational requirements.

Working closely with project managers to ensure resourcing requirements align with project needs as well as HR and Corporate Services to provide coordination of recruitment and contractor management.

As the successful applicant you will have a commercial background preferably with exposure to a billable time work environment. You will have demonstrable experience of working within a complex organisation managing multiple projects.

Experience of organisational resourcing, Contractor management and recruitment will be advantageous.
