We are partnered with a central London Tech start-up currently looking for a Talent Partner. The company encourages a collaborative, ambitious, high performing culture that is not siloed in its approach. The team is really friendly and ever growing. This roles transcends a traditional Talent Acquisition role by looking for someone to add to the culture initiatives, employer branding, budget management and unifying the recruitment approach across the whole business.

About you

* You will be a Talent Acquisition professional with in-house recruitment experience required, previous agency experience is acceptable.
* Dealing with Hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the business in regards to the recruitment process.
* You will have a clear concise communication style that is impactful and influencing.
* You will have experience in a transient environment
* You will have passion for other aspects of the talent management process including cultural workshops and employer branding.
