Randstad are thrilled to be working with a well established and exciting organisation in the Engineering Industry, who are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the full end to end Recruitment Process. This is a Mid-Senior level role for an experienced recruiter to come on board and support a large Recruitment function. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop alongside a supportive and Friendly Team of TA Professionals.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing the full cycle of recruitment from Sourcing, Screening, Building pipelines, Advertising and so on..
- Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation including Senior Stakeholders and Managers.
- Experience at a similar level in an internal recruitment position.
- Ability to work on a high volume of roles, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction experience is desirable.
