Our client, a progressive start up software platform is looking to ad an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to build out our clients London & Lisbon Offices across Product, Tech corporate and finance.

Rates c350-450 per day / £70,000 per annum

MUST have experince of recrutiing accross Europe

In depth recruitment/talent acquisition experience across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines either within a professional recruitment consultancy or in house, ideally with a technical slant. Proven experience of sourcing talent directly and internationally and building a talent pipeline and pool is


* Outstanding project management skills demonstrable through experience of delivering multiple resourcing assignments/HR projects simultaneously
* A proven ability to build and implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition
* Demonstrable creative assessment capabilities and the desire/capability to build capability across the organization in this area
* Some exposure to HR as a whole including engagement and retention,
* The ability to work autonomously but with good influencing skills and the ability and confidence to say 'No' when required
* Experience of building something from scratch, devising relevant KPIs and measuring outputs and effectiveness
* The ability to think out of the box, be intellectually astute and commercially aware and have the capability to introduce and make effective new and innovative ways of sourcing talent across the business
* The right persona to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to re-prioritise as business needs evolve
* A process driven, highly organized and analytical way of working and be able to manage deadlines effectively. Be a 'completer-finisher' with proven delivery experience
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - the ability to interact with a range of people at various levels from C - level to technical experts, external recruiters and colleagues
* A strong work ethic and be a self-starter. A high energy level with entrepreneurial flair and the determination to make a real impact on business performance. Able to travel.
* Responsible for the resource coordination of custom training and change management projects for User Adoption Services team in EMEA.
* Oversees all aspects of resourcing, including: recruiting new resources, identifying new suppliers,
* setting up interviews with candidates and subject matter experts, working with Operations to get new resources set up in multiple systems, chasing resources to complete time-cards on a weekly basis, assigning resources to projects (in internal system), on-boarding new resources and managing invoice queries from suppliers.
* Adept at working in a face-paced environment and attention to detail
* Experience as a resource manager; experience in a training business ideal but not required.
* Reporting to the Director of User Services
* London with flexibility to work from home.
