We are looking for a Slovenian speaking Senior HR Advisor to cover a 6 month contract for this large global life science organisation (Essential you are fluent in Slovenian) . The role will be split between the UK and Slovenia so you must be able to commit to frequent travel between these locations. Ideally we are looking for an individual to provide a customer focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers and employees.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



* To provide a dedicated Senior HR advisory service to the region, in relation to

absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters,

organisational change and the range of employment and employee relations

matters



* To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with Site

Managers, colleagues and union representatives, establishing professional

credibility.



* To lead on the management of casework, relating to sickness absence. This

includes making recommendations, giving advice and support to managers,

liaising with Occupational Health, case review meetings, and dismissal

hearings.



* To support the development and maintenance of a performance management

culture within the business. This includes developing managers' skills in this

area, leading on capability-related casework, and advising and guiding

managers through the relevant policies.



* Drafting and issuance of all HR related policies and handbooks, ensuring

current legislation is met.



* To lead and/or support on disciplinary and grievance casework, ensuring

legislation, policy and best practice are followed and HR KPI's are met.



* To assist in the design and delivery of development workshops in areas of HR

best practice, to enhance knowledge and skills within the region.

Provide HR advisory input into projects, change management programmes

and working groups as required.



* To oversee the preparation and issue of appropriate contractual

documentation in relation to appointments, terminations and variations of



* employment including accurate and timely notification to payroll regarding pay

changes.



* To advise managers on recruitment and selection issues, including

development of job descriptions, person specifications, selection processes and participating in interview panels when necessary.



* To manage the Company's Pension and other schemes as appropriate.
