A leading Asset Management organisation is looking for a HR Executive to join their fast- paced, dynamic HR department, based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional who has a wealth of experience in the industry and wants to take the next step in their career.

This position focuses on Compensation and Benefits and Payroll Management. This role offers the successful candidate a high level of autonomy and exposure within the business. The organisation prides itself on its people and offers great benefits which reflect this outlook.

Role includes;

- Compensation and Benefits; processing monthly payroll, liaising with external benefits suppliers, salary reviews

- Performance Management; including annual appraisal process

- Maintaining Employee Data

- Preparation of Management Reports

- Coordinating Salary Benchmarking data

- Supporting the recruitment process

- Assist in the preparation of training and development plans

The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated professional, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of people focused team. CIPD qualification is a requirement and experience liaising with US business departments is desirable.
