Not only are they a strategic sounding board, they support clients with ad hoc operational support, undertaking HR system and process reviews, health and safety reviews and risk assessments. They also work with clients on restructures, mergers and acquisitions or other forms of organisational change.
What are they looking for?
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Senior HR Consultant with a broad generalist background to support the HR Director in the strategic development of the HR consultancy function. The HR Consultant will deliver commercially focused HR solutions to clients of various sizes and assume responsibility for the HR day-to-day operation of the HR Consultancy Team, developing a portfolio of clients and leading business development in this area.
To be successful in the role, you will be an expert in UK Employment Law and have dealt with complex HR issues and have the ability to consult with clients from various sector backgrounds on HR related issues.
