Joining a large, well known Construction company, you will have a great opportunity to hit the ground running and work with some experienced and professional individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the People Plan and Strategy for this specific business unit. Reporting to the Group HR Director, and having a small team reporting into you, you will be given the opportunity to make some exciting and innovative changes.

- Demonstrable experience in a Business Partnering role.
- Strong Strategic Experience and mindset, with the ability to analyse and plan for the future.
- Strong Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
- Strong ability to build relationships with Senior Stakeholders and Leaders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
