Our client has recently restructured due to expansion which has lead to a new opening for a Senior HR Business Partner. This exciting forward thinking business is in a rapid growth phase so you need to be able to cover 3/4 sites and deputise for the Head of HR. The role is offered on permanent basis ideally starting this side of Christmas.

Responsibilities of a Senior HR Business Partner in our business

* Business Partner for 4 regional offices, supporting Directors, Associate Directors, Heads of Departments and Senior Managers.
* Ownership of region - sole point of the contact for all employees and ER matters
* Management team - management and department meetings for regional change agenda
* Understand the people plan and manage Financial budgeting
* Manage performance management process to ensure SMART objectives empowering line management regarding ongoing performance issues.
* Support other HR Business Partners to deliver organisational transformation ensuring best practice
* Deputise for the Head of HR as needed, and take the lead on business as usual HR support and initiatives.
