A very unique organisation that has offices throughout Europe and Africa are keen to expand their HR team with an experienced Senior HR Advisor.

This role will require communication with all of their global offices and therefore the successful candidate will need to have similar experience.

You will be reporting into the HR Manager and have regular meetings with the CEO where you are given an exciting opportunity to share your ideas and help the business continue to grow.

Within this role there will be a number of exciting projects to work on as well as recruitment throughout all of their European and African offices. Therefore being able to adapt and work proactively is a must as well as being experienced working within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



* Leading recruitment across the European operations and supporting on additional roles across Africa.
* Partnering with hiring managers to find the right talent and then helping with the sourcing and screening of potential candidates.
* Supporting Line Managers globally with Employee Relations issues, performance reviews and salary reviews.
* Administer and co-ordinate the on boarding process of new employees.
* Work with the relevant Senior HR Advisor/Manager or Business Partner to prioritise and deliver solutions for individual employee training needs
* Support the HR Manager with additional projects.

Knowledge and Experience:



* Strong generalist HR experience within a global company.
* Able to manage or support Line Managers with ER cases from start to finish
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Creative, flexible, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Excellent planning and organising approach, whilst working to tight deadlines and priorities.
* Flexible, tolerant and resilient with a positive attitude to change.
* Evidences a collaborative approach and the ability to work well with a broad group of colleagues.
* Experience of managing external stakeholders.
* Highly motivated, deadline focused with the ability to consistently maintain high level of accuracy.
