Financial Services company in heart of the City - This is a fantastic opportinity for a HR Advisor to take the next step in their career.

* Act as the expert advising and coaching managers to effectively deal with issues with performance management, conduct and grievances
* Assist by guiding and supporting managers with day to day employee issues.
* Advise and assist managers with restructuring and redundancies.
* Support the HR Manager with any change management processes, i.e. including reorganisation/restructures, redundancy/redeployment and consultation.
* Assist with the recruitment process if necessary, i.e. selection interviewing and assessment centres.
* Develop, implement and advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
* Conduct exit interviews and providing feedback to managers as necessary
* Liaise with the HR Director and management team to establish training needs
* Develop and/or run in-house HR focused training sessions
* Support employee transfers, working with the other members of the HR team as necessary
* Support recruitment where required, including assisting managers to write complex job descriptions, advising managers on best practice and managing recruitment agency relationships
* Undertake Ad hoc project work
* Complete HR actions / run reports on our HR system


* CIPD qualified
* Ideally experience in a Financial Services
* Operate at a generalist level within a fast paced HR team
* Confident in dealing with sensitive HR issues
