My client is looking for an experienced and driven Rewards and Benefits Analyst to jump on board and hit the ground running at an exciting time for the organisation. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an established Analyst to join their existing team and work with them to deliver a smooth and outstanding service to the organisation with regards to Rewards and Benefits.

This role is a brilliant opportunity for a HR professional to build on their existing skills and expertise in a supportive and friendly professional environment.

Requirements

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Solid HR Generalist knowledge with substantial experience with HR/Payroll systems - e.g iTrent
  • Familiarity with Job Evaluation methodologies.
  • Advanced user of Excel, Word and Powerpoint with knowledge and experience of using PowerBI.
  • Numerate, accurate and analytical with the ability to multitask and be Proactive and collaborative.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
