Digby Morgan are supporting a leading Construction firm based in Essex who are presently seeking a permanent Reward & Benefits Partner.

As the Reward & Benefits Partner, you will be a Subject Matter Expert responsible for:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and external vendors to design and enhance the benefits and reward offerings available to all employees in the organisation
  • Advising and providing recommendations to ensure the benefits and reward strategies remain competitive
  • Leading the annual renewal/launch process for the Flexible Benefits programme
  • Budgetary forecasting for benefits costs
  • Managing data and reporting for the function and maintaining the benefits platform and its accessibility to all employees
  • Leading communications surrounding benefits and reward offerings
  • Managing claims and partnering with Payroll to ensure refunds and credits are processed
  • Ad-hoc projects such as Gender Pay reporting, well-being programmes, campaigns, and similar initiatives

Required Experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience working in a Benefits and Reward focused role
  • Exposure to a variety of benefit platforms and HR systems
  • Experience partnering with external benefits and reward partners
  • Demonstrated experience developing pay and benefit structures
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 desired but not required
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills with extensive experience leading projects
