Watford Regional HR Business Partner £50,000

Our client, an established and innovative publishing company is looking to hire an ambitious HR Business Partner to support the organisation during a period of strong growth and reorganisation. * Delivery of HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
* Coaching and supporting line managers in the dealing with all ER related matters.
* Ensure policies and procedures are updated in line with business strategies and local legislation.
* Supporting the Design and delivery of HR related programmes.
* Support the senior leadership team in the delivery of HR strategies


* Experience working in a similar role.
* Can Do attitude, proactive and a problem solver.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Thorough knowledge of UK employment law.
* CIPD level 7 advantageous.
* Experience with Organisational Design and/or TUPE.
* Driving License.
