A Market leading, globally renowned Tech Company is looking to expand their Recruitment function by adding a Recruitment Officer to the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and well established recruiter who is driven to progress in their career and gain exposure with multinational Tech Brand.

Role Requirements:

- Management of the full recruitment lifecycle

- Ability to source and attract top talent, primarily in finance related positions

- Management of HR Information Systems

- Strong technical knowledge, possess the ability to draw data from complex records to streamline processes

- Proven ability to challenge senior stakeholders within the business

- Creation and organisation of networking events, diversity and inclusion events etc.

- Ability and confidence to self-promote and cope under pressure

- Proven track record at filling niche vacancies

This role offers unlimited scope as to what the right person can achieve and get involved in across the business. The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated professional, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team environment. Extensive Professional Recruitment experience is required, preferably in finance roles, and a combination of both agency and in-house recruitment is strongly desired.
