An exciting opportuntiy has arisen at one of our private equity clients for an HR co-ordinator for both recruitment and training. It would suit someone who has in-house recruitment co-ordination experience and would like to gain exposure to training and development.

Recruitment:



* Developing relationships with agencies and managing diaries for hiring managers, recruiters and interviewers.
* Managing interview logistics - room bookings and catering requirements and scheduling internal feedback meetings.
* Managing Right to Work checks and maintaining correspondence to ensure a full audit trail for each candidate.
* Gathering and maintaining consistent records/interview feedback for each role and candidate to comply with internal HR policies and external employment legislation
* Reviewing invoices and maintaining accurate payment records for external agencies and search firms.
* Processing of candidate expenses to ensuring accurate and timely payment. Where applicable, organising candidate travel and accommodation.
* Support induction and onboarding.

Training



* Setting up internal training courses, liaising with participants and suppliers
* Managing logistics of room booking and diaries
* Booking external training courses, liaising with participants and suppliers to organise.
* Learning and development administration and logistics

Key Individual Attributes



* Degree level candidate with a proven track record in recruitment administration within a financial services or professional services environment
* Organised with a very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
* Adaptable and able to succeed in a changeable environment
* Proven experience of building excellent relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders both internally and externally
* Demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative, with a can do attitude
* Excellent interpersonal skills


* IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
