Our client, a well-known global media conglomerate located in The City are seeking an experienced In-House Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a 6-month FTC with potential for extension!

Working within the wider HR team, this role is responsible for recruitment across a portfolio of hiring managers within the organisation.

Primary Duties:

* Source and acquire talent across generalist remit in: Media, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT, Customer Service as well as any descipline required - managing 25 vacancies at a time
* Partner with hiring managers to map out hiring needs
* Manage recruitment process from sourcing until final interview stage
* Build talent pools for pipe-lining to ensure continuous future resources
* Utilise company website, Linkedin, job boards, and other social media avenues
* Support HR in inductions, or wider organisational projects on an ad-hoc basis

Required Experience:

* At least 2 years of experience recruiting either in-house, or prior agency experience coupled with 1 year of in-house full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles
* Experience using an ATS system
* Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment strategy - focus on cost reduction, lead time, retention, etc.
* Exceptional communication skills in English
* Strong stakeholder management, particularly when dealing with competing priorities
* Collaborative team player with a drive and persistence to make an individual impact on strategy and process
