Digby Morgan are excited to be working with a well established and exciting organisation in the Construction Industry, who are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition to join their team.
Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partner, Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will have the opportunity to deliver to a high standard alongside a professional and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruiter to develop and progress your career. You have the option of Hybrid working, 1-2 days in the office per week.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment, while covering the full cycle of recruitment. Experience in recruiting in the Construction/Engineering or similar Sectors is beneficial to hit the ground running.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing the full cycle of recruitment from Sourcing, Screening, Building pipelines, Advertising and so on..
- Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation including Senior Stakeholders and Managers.
- Ability to work on a high volume of roles, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Great communication skills, a Team Player and have a competitive edge.
- Production, Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction experience desirable.
