As one of the worlds leading financial institutes, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Organisational Design Consultant to take on board a 2 year project in which you will undertake business duties to help to define and implement optimum structures, including allocation of resources across all boundaries and to improve efficiency and increase productivity.

This role would suit an OD consultant who has operated in an consultancy capacity across all functions within structured environments. You will be the main go to person working closely with business heads to determine new ways of working. The main goal of this role is to re-design the client's culture to encourage internal mobility and create new career opportunities for existing staff, currently the business isn't encouraging career progression and talent development so this is a critical project to improve retention and promotion within.

The role holder will work autonomously with business areas to:

1 Improve the efficiency and productivity
2 Deliver workshops, produce organisation documents and compile comprehensive data to develop an understanding of company structure
3 Develop recommendations for new structures- including helping leadership teams to make decisions
4 Manage the development of organisation design communication and all engagement strategies
5 Continually evaluate effectiveness

As the successful applicant, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

* In depth knowledge and experience of organisational design principles
* Track record of leading organisation design work
* Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Willingness to work autonomously
