Are you a proactive HR Assistant looking for the next step in your career? Could you see yourself working with one of the largest global financial institutions?

Our client is currently looking for a Learning and Development Training Coordinator who will be able to accurately identify target audiences for mandatory training programmes. The main function of this role is to design and provide training to a designated line of business. You will have a commercially orientated perspective when working and a good knowledge of compliance regulations in this area.

As the successful candidate you will have a specific skillset including…

* Project management experience and great organisational skills
* Confident ability to use online collaboration tools for example WebEx
* Previous experience as a HR Administrator/ Assistant ideally within Financial Services
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* A proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholder
* Must have a solid understanding of excel spreadsheets
