The Role

  • Partner with the key stakeholders across the business to gain insight into the training requirements and how best to support them
  • Liaise with external training providers and source the most appropriate courses which will aide the businesses strategic plan
  • Act as the main point of contact with external L&D and wellbeing providers, developing productive relationships
  • develop wellbeing initiatives to engage all areas of the business
  • Organise and plan training , including attendees, trainers, venue, equipment and catering as required
  • Produce internal communications to engage the business with L&D
  • in collaboration with the wellbeing commitee, produce internal communication material to promote wellbeing and L&D events
  • Maintain accurate records of training, bookings and attendance
  • Evaluate and Quantify the success of the training and recommend improvements
