One of our well known insurance clients is looking for a high calibre subject matter expert in Talent, Learning and Development to help drive their talent and development agenda and maximise employee potential.
The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, HRD's and L&D to handle needs analysis, design and delivery and post-implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting elements of the core curriculum across EMEA and Africa including the early careers programme - leading its implementation working with vendors, and the T&D team to ensure delivery meets business needs.

Key responsibilities:

* Acting as a subject matter within L&D
* Acting as the point of contact for employees - demonstrating strong business consultancy skills and operating with senior stakeholders
* Identify individual and corporate development needs and create appropriate solutions that are fully scoped, costed and scaleable
* Programme manage L&D, Talent and OD projects
* Handle instructional design and delivery across a range of subjects
* Managing the talent agenda and setting the strategy


* Graduate with a strong degree and ideally CIPD qualified
* Experience analysing, developing and executing talent solutions
* Proven ability to deliver training solutions on a variety of programmes
* Delivering results on time and on budget
* Excellent communications and organisation skills
* Experience working in L&D in insurance or Financial services is desirable
* French or German language skills would be advantageous
