An incredibly exciting opportunity has a risen to set up and then manage the L&D function of a global organisation. Due to success and rapid growth, the decision has been made to recruit an experienced L&D Manager to design and implement a training function for a leading organisation based in London.

The successful candidate will need to speak fluent French and have at least 5 years experience working within a busy L&D function. You will have implemented and designed a variety of training courses and able to design an L&D platform from scratch.

This role will involve travelling to Africa possibly every 6-8 months due to a major amount of offices being based in every African country.


This Role is responsible for managing the training and talent development programs, including the design, development, coordination and delivery.


* Manage the designing and delivery of all training content for every business unit.
* Design training manuals which can be distributed throughout EMEA to all offices.
* Deliver training to all Key Stakeholders so they can liaise with Line Managers and make sure the training is being implemented into stores.
* Travel to a variety of offices throughout Europe and Africa and deliver training modules.
* Improve and update training modules inline with company standards.

Throughout your time as an L&D Manager you will be responsible for establishing an internal L&D team which you will head up and grow.

This role offers a salary circa £50K per annum, market leading salary reviews, pension and the opportunity to travel.
