Learning & Development Manager Europe & Africa - Professional Services

Are you a seasoned L&D Manager seeking a new challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing professional services organisation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager to really make an impact, supporting the Regional Executive Committee via the HR Director from a strategic, commercial, operational, people planning and process perspective

Experience / background:

* An experienced L&D Manager who has a proven track record of analysis, as well as design and delivery of Learning and Development programs in a global professional setting
* Should have experience of and enjoy working at both a strategic and operational level.
* Client focused - understands the needs of the learner and how to make ideas practical and relevant and can manage stakeholder relationships effectively


* Prior to working in L&D you would have been an HR BP who has operated within a global matrix professional services organisation, with a passion for Learning, Talent, Coaching and Development.
* You will ideally have Training Design & Delivery experience.
* Ideally you will have some psychometric testing qualifications and be CIPD qualified. A degree is also preferred.
