An exciting opportunity has arisen for an L&D Advisor to join a large technology organisation who offers the worlds leading CRM software and enterprise ecosystem.

You will be experienced working within an training team as an L&D Advisor/Administrator and be able to utilise your experience to ensure the L&D teams operations function smoothly.

This role is an interim position up until the end of April with a possibility of a permanent position being offered at the end based on your performance and the companies' needs.

Working within the Training team you will be responsible for the administration of all training events whether that would be class room based, private workshops or online learning products.

Responsibilities:



* Manage customer-facing student registration and billing processes directly and with other internal departments including all partner registrations.
* Support the teams central inbox and action requests.
* Ensure all documents are correctly processed and stored in the system.
* Manage courses logistics including the finishing the locations and checking the facilities.
* Define, improve, document and communicate core operating processes to the Operations Manager.
* Partner with Services Operations and IT to automate processes
* Manage Public & Private workshop logistics as and when requested, including the confirmation & cancellation of Resources, facilities for classes when requested
* Creation of events into the systems to publish schedules externally
* Ad hoc duties as and when required in relation to the role

This role is available immediately with interviews taking place next week and an immediate start date.
