Digby Morgan are excited to be working with a great organisation in the professional services sector. They are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their growing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing and managing the full cycle, end to end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely and cost effective manner. The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience in the recruitment process and be able to work well both individually and part of a wider team.

You will need to have experience of managing all aspects of the in-house recruitment cycle. Including: drafting job descriptions, writing and posting job adverts, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and liaising with hiring managers.

Required attributes:

  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within the professional services sector
  • Able to recruit effectively, using multiple sourcing platforms
  • Used to dealing with a large portfolio of vacancies at a time
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Recruitment coordination
  • Strong key stakeholder management skills

This is a permanent position based in London, salary dependent on experience.
