An exciting opportunity has arisen for an internal global mobility consultant to join a well known bank on an interim contract. The role will be offered for 6 months initially with the option to extend.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and the redeployment of internal candidates into open positions within the organisation while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Responsibilities will include:

* Proactively building pools and networks of internal candidates to ensure availability of quality candidates for open positions
* Creating talent pipelines (active & passive candidates) based on specific segments:

* Expatriate and repatriate
* Select talent / capability segments
* Redeployment support when required by business units

* Act as a point of contact for Internal Mobility within the region both with HR and the business
* Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a champion for internal mobility within the Bank
* Candidates may be required to participate in mobility forums and ambassador group


* Experience working in an internal mobility team, ideally within a FS environment
* Experience with pipelining candidates
* Awareness of career paths ideally within a FS environment
* Experience working with stakeholders up to senior level
* Recruitment - interviewing, candidate management
