Our client, a growing but established creative design firm, is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their team!

They're seeking an individual to be the sole point of contact for all talent acquisition and some HR administration of all permanent staff and freelancers.

As the Internal Recruiter, you would manage the full life cycle of the talent acquisition/recruitment process from sourcing the appropriate talent (some of which includes niche skill-sets) and collaboratively working with Project Managers and other stakeholders to understand vacancies, prepare detailed job descriptions, pipeline appropriate talent, conduct effective interviews alongside hiring managers and utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other web based tools to advertise roles, source and shortlist candidates for roles.

Although the focus is primarily on Recruitment, you would gain exposure to some HR duties as the primary point of contact within the organization for items including but not limited to:

* Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, offer/induction material, checking of references and identity checks.
* Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process- ensuring documents in place and scheduling calendars to support
* Coordinate annual leave processes for all employees
