Our client, a fast-growing international software product company based in Central London, are seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join them on a permanent basis!

Working within the wider global HR team, this role is responsible for recruitment across a portfolio of hiring managers within the organisation, primarily focused on entry-level Sales roles.

Primary Duties:

* Source and acquire talent across roles in Sales and other commercial disciplines - managing 8-10 vacancies at a time
* Partner with Talent Acquisition Director, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to map out future requirements and recruitment processes
* Manage recruitment process from sourcing until final interview stage
* Build talent pools for pipe-lining to ensure continuous future resources
* Utilise company website, Linkedin, job boards, and other social media avenues
* Support HR in wider organizational projects on an ad-hoc basis

Required Experience:

* At least 2 years of experience recruiting either in-house, or prior agency experience coupled with in-house
* Experience using an ATS system
* Demonstrated experience supporting recruitment strategy - focus on cost reduction, lead time, retention, etc.
* Exceptional communication skills in English
* Strong stakeholder management, particularly when dealing with competing priorities
* Collaborative team player with a drive and persistence to make an individual impact on strategy and process
