They are one of the top 1% of organisations that hold the Investors in People Gold standard.

We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager who will report remotely into the HR Director and form part of a close knit HR team. You will be responsible for two direct reports, a HR Advisor and HR Assistant. You will provide a professional generalist HR service aimed at attracting, retaining and developing high calibre staff. You will also lead the recruitment, on boarding and training of new staff both in London and Northern Ireland, ensuring recruitment is conducted effectively and efficiently. Staff turnover is low and engagement is high, however a high number of seasonal workers make recruitment an important part of the role.

In addition to this you will be have the opportunity to collaborate as part of the Senior HR leadership team providing support to the HR Director across strategy development, L&D, reward, trade union liaison and the volunteer programme.

To succeed in this role you will be a credible HR Manager or Business Partner with experience as a generalist and have excellent communication skills and self-presentation. You will have dealt with the full range of employee and industrial relations issues, recruitment and selection as well as performance management. You will be competent in HRIS and be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. It is imperative that you are commercially aware and have a good understanding of how customer experience is key to the success of the organisation.
