Our client, a well-known FMCG firm located in West London, is seeking an experienced generalist HR Business Partner to join their team on a 13-month FTC.

Focused on line managers and their reports in a client group at the mid-to-senior level, you will be responsible for providing generalist support with a heavy emphasis on managing recruitment.

Primary Duties:



* Manage and oversee recruitment across the mid-to-senior level including but not limited to; collaborating with agencies, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and advising managers.
* Conduct induction and new starter processes
* Maintain, update, and provide appropriate advisory regarding company policies and procedures
* With the support of the HR Manager, manage employee relations such as maternity/paternity, grievances, disciplinaries, misconduct, or performance issues.
* Support performance development and bonus review processes
* Act as system super-user and first point of contact for system management and HR reporting
* Conduct exit interviews

Required Experience:



* At least 4 years of experience in a generalist HR capacity
* Experience managing recruitment from intake to offer
* Demonstrated experience developing HR policies and procedures
* Exceptional communication skills in English
* Strong stakeholder management, particularly when dealing with a high volume of competing priorities
* Collaborative team player with a drive and persistence to make an individual impact on strategy and process
