Digby Morgan are delighted to be working with a leading Organisation in the Facilities Management industry, who are currently looking for a HR Analyst to join their large HR team.

My client are looking for a HR/Reward Analyst to join their Reward Team, part of the larger HR team, in order to improve Data quality and integrity across all systems. Working with Data and Systems to produce reports to assist the Reward and HR Teams.


  • Analytical skills, with the ability to manage and interpret Data.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software.
  • Knowledge of HR/Payroll/Reward processes and procedures.
  • Strong work ethic, with a can do attitude, Detail oriented and has the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships across all levels of the organisation.
