Digby Morgan is partnering with an established Global Technology and Software Company in search of a HR Adviser to join their London team. The organisation provides the global financial services industry with a broad range of highly specialised software.

They are looking for a dedicated HR professional to provide administrative support to all employees across EMEA.

Duties will include:

-Coordination of the onboarding and offboarding process

- Conducting new starter inductions

-Liaising with managers and new starters, provide feedback and reviews

-Work with finance and payroll teams as well as ensure that salary and bonus notification are delivered to employees

- Respond to ad hoc employee and manager queries and provide advice on company policies and procedures

A successful applicant will need to have:

- Previous HR experience prefered

- An ambitious attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

-Proven time management skills

-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
