Randstad are excited to be working with this exciting organisation in the Construction industry who are currently growing. They are looking for a HR Training Coordinator to join their HR team.

As part of the HR Team, the HR Training Coordinator will have the opportunity to work alongside a professional and friendly team and thrive in a supportive environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be an integral member of the Team with the opportunity to develop and deliver key activities in the Learning and Development agenda. You will be responsible for the full range of internal and external training for the employees of the organisation. Working with managers to identify and deliver training needs and also maintaining training records and database.


  • Experience in a similar HR or L&D/Training position.
  • Strong Administration/Coordination skills partnered with strong organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build working relationships across the organisation.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft office.
  • Confident and reliable, who can work to their own initiative.
  • Motivated and Driven individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in order to develop and progress their career.
