Randstad are proud to have partnered with a world leading concessions, energy and construction global company. Our client is on the search for an experienced and passionate HR Systems Implementation Lead to join their team based in Horsham.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting into the HR Digital Director, this person will guide and participate in the implementation of agreed systems and digital solutions that support business efficiency and the employment journey. Overall the position will help develop the HR operations service capacity and capability to deliver a first class employee experience which meets service requirements and strategic needs for the company.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Implementation of any agreed digital HR transformation deliverables in the UK businesses with the aim to change and modernise the HR landscape and ways of working
  • Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and operational needs
  • Be responsible for driving delegated development programmes and projects within Digital HR, securing harmonisation and standardisation together with relevant process owners and the HR Digital Director
  • Analysing user feedback to develop best practice expertise to ensure ongoing development of service delivery models and concepts
  • Create an online solution area where innovation and people related digital projects are mapped, measured and progress can be communicated
  • Ensure a high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service communication
  • Assist the HRIS Analyst in the design and support of all end user training for new digital initiatives
  • Offer overall support to the wider HR, Pay & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Digital teams as and when required, and alongside or in between any digital transformation projects
  • Support the HRIS Analyst in carrying out data audits and reporting to support regular or ad hoc business requirements.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the business including HR, ICT, Operations teams and Payroll.

What we are looking for from you:

  • A highly organised, proactive and influential individual with passion and experience as a HR Systems Lead
  • You will have a proven track record of successful delivery
  • Extensive knowledge on HR systems implementation is essential (ideally Oracle HRM Cloud and SAP payroll), HR policies, experience from a Matrix Organisation and relevant knowledge and experience on programme solution management
  • Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and hold skills to resolve conflicts
  • A strong team player who can communicate and positively influence stakeholders, managing potentially conflicting project demands to achieve success
  • Be able to use critical thinking skills required to interpret digital solutions needed for a range of situations as well as possess the creative thinking skills required to use available data to help implement appropriate digital strategies
  • Be an experienced collaborator, working positively with and through others, possessing strong influencing skills as you will be relying on non-hierarchical relationships
