Digby Morgan is partnered with an IT Consultancy based in The City who are presently seeking a standalone generalist HR Specialist to join their team immediately!

Reporting into the Co-Founders of the business, you will be responsible for all generalist responsibilities across HR, primarily in an operational capacity, while enhancing the existing HR infrastructure.


* Act as primary point of contact for all HR inquiries
* Review and enhance existing HR policies and procedures
* Coach managers on performance management and advise on ER issues
* Execute on all employee lifecycle related documentation: offer letters, promotions, salary increases, etc.
* Manage employee absences, such as annual leave, sickness, paternity etc.
* Conduct monthly/end-of-year payroll
* Manage pension and benefits
* Support with end-to-end recruitment, primarily partnering with external vendors

Ideal Skills & Experience:

* Experience as an HR Coordinator, Advisor, or Officer
* Experience managing the employee lifecycle
* Strong administrative and Excel experience
* Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
* CIPD Level 3

The salary for this role is £30-35k. There is also:

* 15% discretionary annual bonus
* Private Medical Insurance after 2 years
* 25 days annual leave
