Digby Morgan is partnered with a global Media firm based in Victoria, Central London who are seeking an HR & Payroll Administrator to support an HR Officer as the only 2 members of HR in this 140 person organisation.

As the HR & Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:

* Acting as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries
* HR administration related to the employee life-cycle
* Managing and inputting data regarding all benefits and pension schemes
* Supporting the implementation of new HRIS system
* Updating of policies and procedures


* Strong HR administration experience
* Experience managing payroll
* Experience with benefits administration for pension & medical schemes
