Role : HR manager

Salary : 40-45k

Sector : Education

Role : To provide an operational Human Resources service to the managers and staff that delivers best practice in HR management and statutory compliance with a school environment

This is a stand-alone HR Manager position

* HR Processes and Information Systems
* Recruitment and Selection
* Safeguarding

The ideal candidate will have some or all of the following:

* HR Generalist / Management experience, likely to have been gained over at least 5 years
* CIPD qualified - minimum level 5, level 7 preferred
* Degree or equivalent
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work without regular supervision/management
* Self-starter with experience working in a stand-alone role
* Experience of working in a school or educational environment
* Hands-on and 'can do' approach to work
* Ability to work under pressure
* Awareness of the importance of safeguarding and safer recruitment

* Full-time post working all year round, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
