  • CIPD Qualified, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of Managing a HR department and initiating new policies and processes for the People agenda of the organisation.
  • Strong Generalist exposure, covering all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Policies.
  • Strong ability to work on your own initiative and hit the ground running.
  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to problem solve and make the right decisions for future growth.
