Digby Morgan are proud to partner with a reputable global brand who are presently seeking an HR Project Manager to join them on a 6-month FTC to start immediately.

This role is based in the Uxbridge area and will be working in the office when they open in the coming weeks.

As the HR Project Manager you will be part of the head-office HR team, reporting into the Head of HR, and supported by a number of site-based HR Business Partners and Advisors.

This organisation is undergoing a period of change and therefore you will be responsible for:

  • Designing the processes and documentation in preparation of the restructure
  • Developing communication plans and strategies
  • Supporting senior stakeholders in selection pools and criteria
  • Implementation of individual and collective consultations
  • Advising stakeholders on legislation and complex/challenging elements
  • Tracking and reporting data
  • Executing any ad-hoc activities related to the project

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of generalist HR experience having led more than one end-to-end restructure project
  • Exceptional employment law knowledge especially pertaining to restructures and redundancies
  • Experience business partnering with key senior stakeholders in the business outside of HR
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite particularly Excel
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
