A unique opportunity has arisen within an established tech company that specialises in predictive risk response, based in central London.

This is an incredible opportunity to be able to establish and create a HR function in a massively up and coming company that recognises HR to be at the forefront of their future.

This standalone role will need the individual to be involved in all aspects of the business and provide HR advice to line managers in both the UK and US respectively.

Skills and experience

* Knowledge of employment law
* Familiarity with TUPE
* Experience of processing Payroll
* Training and development exposure
* Performance management experience
* Familiar with a range of HRIS systems

* A data driven individual
* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
* Self starter / able to think outside the box
