An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager at a niche law firm based in the West End.
The successful candidate will report to the HR Director and will have responsibility for providing a proactive and business focused advice to department heads, partners and employees on day to day HR issues.
They will be required to develop and implement best practice policies and procedures, advise on and manage the performance review process and provide support to junior members of the HR team.
Other responsibilities will include:

* Recruitment of fee earners and support staff, resource planning and managing agency relationships
* Employee Relations - Advising on employee relations issues, managing absence, performance issues and flexible work applications
* Reward and Benefits - Work with HRD to drive the salary and bonus review processes with agreed timelines and collect and analyse salary and bonus review
* Apprenticeships - Responsible for developing and driving forward the firms apprenticeship program liaising externally and internally.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and preferably CIPD qualified. They will have proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Manager in a professional services or financial services organisation and a thorough understanding of current employment law.
