A market leading Manufacturing Business is looking to expand their Kings Lynn based HR function by adding an experienced HR Manager to the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a competent HR professional, who is looking for the next step in their career.

Role Requirements:

* Responsible to providing day-to-day professional HR support and policy administration relating to all phases of the employee life cycle (e.g. hiring, training, employee relations)
* Providing technical expertise responsible for UK Legal compliance and UK Employment Law
* Ensuring and maintaining compliance programs and government reporting regulation
* Developing, maintaining, and auditing employment policies, practices, and procedures for compliance
* Leading local diversity and inclusion initiatives including promoting diversity as part of the organisation
* Supporting talent pipeline and talent development initiatives
* Annually reviewing compensation plans and salary parity
* Supporting organization design, talent planning and talent management
* Collaborating with management to identify change management implications and develop change plans as appropriate
* Utilizing best practices and knowledge of internal business processes to manage and improve HR services
* Actively leading the organization to ensure a positive culture that results in high performance and retention

This role offers great exposure to senior stakeholders and the scope to learn and develop within the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly organised HR professional, who has strong IT skills and is capable of running a lean, fast-paced HR team. Experience in a similar role and environment is a requirement.
