An exciting opportunity has a risen within an award winning IT organisation for an experienced HR professional to work in a stand alone capacity and head up the HR department.

This is a part time position with excellent flexibility to help you.

The successful candidate will have strong HR Generalist experience and be looking for a part time position.

You will responsible for reviewing all current policies and procedures whilst supporting all line managers.

Key responsibilities:

* Employee Relations

* Supporting Line Managers with complex ER issues and coaching them with the correct way to proceed.
* Working with Line Managers regarding performance reviews.

* Recruitment

* Meeting with Line Managers to discuss their recruitment needs and how you can be of assistance. Writing job specifications, conducting telephone screenings and offering/preparing formal offer contracts.

* Polices and Procedures

* Review current polies and procedures that are in place and continue to update them as legislation changes.

* Monitor and manage staff benefits

* Pension, PMI, Travel Insurance, Bike2Work, Kiddivoucher.

* Maintain employee handbook.

Skills and experience:

* HR Management experience desirable.
* Degree level qualification (or equivalent) CIPD Qualified.
* Good organisational skills and high quality level of administration experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and working relationships with all levels of staff
* The ability to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment
* Excellent IT Skills
* Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with the post holder.

Two stage interview process with first stage interviews taking place next week!

This role is Part time working every morning Monday to Friday. (Unfortunately 2/3 days a week is not what we are looking for, for this role)

Salary = £45K to £50K Pro-Rota (£30K per annum)
