Are you an experienced Human Resource Manager specialising in wellbeing, diversity and inclusion? Randstad are excited to be working with one of the world's largest and leading Law Firms who are looking to welcome an Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager to their Human Resources Team in either their London OR Glasgow offices.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and activation of the company inclusion and wellbeing strategy (with the support of an Advisor and Assistant for implementation) working closely with the Wellbeing Partner and Wellbeing Committee and the Inclusion Council
  • Integrate the strategy into business, HR and talent processes, delivering impactful results in support of key business objectives
  • Create and implement awareness and education that focuses on an inclusive culture and fostering good wellbeing
  • Take ownership of client requests to collaborate on I&W programmes. Work with the Marketing & Business Development team to identify where we can leverage I&W to strengthen client relationships
  • Prepare and manage the Inclusion & Wellbeing budget

What we are looking for from you:

  • Experience, knowledge and passion for inclusion and wellbeing
  • Ability to implement the strategic vision through operational focus and deliver it through hands-on management
  • Strong listening and communication skills; experience presenting to, training and engaging audiences and facilitating dialogue at all levels
  • Experienced in monitoring, analysing, and presenting data and using related insights to identify and deliver opportunities for change
  • Knowledge of the regulatory/statutory requirements related to Inculsion & Wellbeing
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo, always looking for ways the company can do better, bringing analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and is comfortable navigating uncertainty
  • You will be data literate and understand how to monitor KPIs and measure performance against targets
  • Availability to start ASAP
