Randstad are excited to be partnering with a well established and Global organisation in the Telecommunications Industry, seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join their HR function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong HR Generalist to join a large organisation for their EMEA region. Covering approximately 700 employees, across 17 countries you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle of the EMEA region. Working alongside a professional and supportive HR team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR and be involved in a number of HR projects.

Requirements:
- Experience in a Generalist HR position, covering all aspects of HR including the entire employee lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail, organised and have the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work to your own initiative and under pressure with the ability to be proactive and work independently
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation
