An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced HR Generalist to join a global organisation based in the City Of London.

With revenues in the billions and over 45 offices throughout 24 different countries the successful candidate will be joining the market leader within their industry.

You will be at the core of the HR function covering the EMEA remit. The HR department is the main point for managing all the policies and systems relating to management, development and hiring of employees. The HR team provides support to all employees and there is also daily liaison and collaboration with the companies Head Office.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the day to day operations of the HR office whilst managing the administration of all HR policies and procedures.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced HR Professional who is keen to develop their existing skill set and progress within a very large company.

Responsible:



* Talent Acquisition

* Supporting managers with the recruitment process and background checks.

* Employee Onboarding

* Issuing contracts to new employees and organising inductions sessions.

* M&A Integration

* Working with Senior Managers with the planning and closing.
* Using the system to input HR and Employee data.

* ER

* Conducting and planning annual performance reviews with Line Managers.
* First point of contact for HR queries.
* Exit interviews and post departure actions.

* HRIS

* First point of contact for HRIS queries.
* Monthly HR reporting.
* HRIS systems training.

* HR Support

* Review and update policies and procedures inline with new legislation.
* Attendance managements support.
* Management of family friendly policies and procedures.
* Ad-Hoc projects

Person Specification:



* HR qualification (essential)
* Experience working as a HR Generalist/Advisor/Officer.
* Experience working a multi site role either office based or remotely.
* Working with a client base of 300+.
* Experience dealing with a number of ER issues.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Proven experience with a HRIS system.
* Experience of supporting HR queries across a EMEA wide business.
