Digby Morgan are thrilled to be working with an outstanding organisation in the Facilities Services Industry with a headcount of c.150 employees, who are currently going through a period of Growth and are looking for a HR Director to join their organisation and team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and well rounded HR Professional to hit the ground running in a varied and exciting position. Responsible for a small HR team, you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor and lead from the front. You will be able to manage day to day operational running of the HR department as well as the Strategic discussions with Senior Management.


  • CIPD Qualified, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Leadership skills, with the ability to lead from the front and manage/mentor your reports.
  • Strong Generalist exposure, covering all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Policies.
  • Experience of a Strategic mindset, with the ability to plan ahead and forecast for the future.
  • Strong ability to work on your own initiative and hit the ground running.
  • Experience of being part of the Senior Management Team with strong influencing and communication skills.
  • The ability to problem solve and make the right decisions for future growth.
