We are partnering with a US technology business that are looking to hire a HR Director to work closely with the CEO and to devise and implement the HR strategy and lead the further development of the function.

Background

Fast moving Fin-tech business are rapidly expanding across EMEA and they are looking for a forward thinking, exceptional HR Director to lead them through this exciting expansion. Do you have a passion for people strategy, have you got a track record of working for house hold multinationals / market leading businesses. Our client is determined to establish themselves in the European market as a market leader with an award winning HR function. Any previous quality awards would be well received and thought of.

You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and programs in talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership and coaching across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

* Partner with HR leadership to design and implement the human capital strategy across the organization. Provides input based on business needs and regional requirements and drives leadership commitment to the strategy.
* Lead and embed talent management practices into the regional business strategy including performance management, talent review and succession.
* Partner with leaders to deliver change initiatives.

Experience required

MUST Have

* Experience working in a professional, fast paced and challenging environment.
* Solid career progression and consistent career history (no life time interim contractors or job hoppers)
* Good blend of operational and strategic HR Experience ability to work across diverse workforce
* Global experience working in emerging markets and familiar with foreign national and contractor workforces.
* Demonstrated record of delivering HR strategy and initiatives.
* MUST have experience of working with call centres/retail (ER specific)
* Experience in a division of a complex, matrix business.
* English + additional European Language - Spanish, French, Dutch or German
